Finest extracted raw honey from California's Central Valley. Delicate and light gold in color, the spring harvest is a mixture of fruit trees and spring blossoms. Full bodied and dark amber in color, the summer harvest is a blend of star thistle, wildflowers, and sometimes a hint of blackberry.

We are a small producer with several hives near natural habitats, creeks, and neighborhood gardens. Our honey is unfiltered and strained to remove only the largest particles so it still contains pollen and propolis. It is bottled without being heated to maintain it's natural goodness. Antioxidants, important enzymes, vitamins and other beneficial attributes are not destroyed.

Honey will never spoil. To maintain quality store in a closed container, in a dry place at room temperature, about 70 to 75 F. Do not store honey in the refrigerator where temperatures will cause it to crystallize quickly. For long term storage, freeze honey . Freezing preserves all the honey's natural goodness.
